Returns

Have you ordered something from us and are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! Not satisfied, money back applies to all our webshop customers. You can cancel your order with us free of charge within 30 days of receipt.


RETURN TERMS

  1. Legally, a return period of 14 days applies to returning items, but we have extended this to 30 days for you. You therefore have a return period of 30 days for returning your item(s) from the moment you canceled your order.
  2. The item is in its original condition and is in its original packaging (if reasonably possible)
  3. For returns via a DHL Parcel, you can register your return by contacting our customer service.
     

HAVE YOU RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?

When you order something from us, you can assume that it is a high-quality product. If you have received a defective, damaged or incomplete item as a result of your order via our webshop, we will be happy to ensure that this is handled properly. If your product has become defective within the return period, you can invoke the warranty via our customer service. 

The legal warranty of 2 years applies to every product that you have purchased through our webshop, which means that a product must do or is what you as a customer can reasonably expect from it. The offered own guarantees or any manufacturer's guarantees do not affect the legal rights that you have as a consumer. If your product has become defective outside the return period, but within the warranty period and you have purchased your product via our webshop, please check our warranty terms what you have to do.

 

HOW QUICKLY WILL I BE REFUNDED AFTER THE RETURN?

As soon as you return your item(s) that you ordered via the webshop, you will receive the purchase amount of the returned item(s) including delivery costs back from us as soon as possible. A maximum period of 10 days applies for this. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods (whichever comes first). You will receive the purchase amount via the payment method with which you made the original transaction.
