Have you ordered something on our webshop and you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! Whenever you are not satisfied, you will always get your money back. You can cancel your order with us free of charge within 30 days after placing your order.


 

RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. Legally, a return period of 14 days applies to returning items, but we’ve decided to extend this to 30 days for our customers. The return period of 30 days will apply from the moment you’ve canceled your order.
  2. The item is in its original condition and is in the original packaging (if reasonably possible)
  3. Returns can always be requested by contacting our customer service.
     

HAVE YOU RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?

When you order something from us, you can assume that it is a high-quality product. If you have received a defective, damaged or incomplete article as a result of your order through our webshop, we will gladly take care of it. If your product has become defective within the return period, you can invoke the warranty via our customer service. 

The legal warranty of 2 years applies to every product that you have purchased via our webshop, which means that a product must do what or is what you as a customer can reasonably expect from it. The offered own guarantees or any manufacturer guarantees do not affect the legal rights you have as a consumer. If your product has become defective outside the return period, but within the warranty period and you have purchased your product through our webshop, check our  warranty conditions to see what you should do.

 

HOW FAST WILL I BE REFUNDED AFTER RETURNING?

As soon as you return your item(s) that you’ve ordered through the webshop, you will receive the refund of the returned item(s) including delivery costs back from us as soon as possible. A maximum period of 10 days applies for this. We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods, or until you have proved that you’ve returned the goods (whichever comes first). You will receive your refund via the payment method with which you made the original transaction.
